PRICING
Please note that all prices listed on the booking site are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary based on the length, density, condition of the hair, and any additional services needed at the time of your appointment. A more accurate price range will be provided during your consultation.
DEPOSITS & REMAINING BALANCE
A deposit is required at the time of booking online. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total.
All remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY — NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is no ATM available at the service location, so please come prepared.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
All appointment changes must be made by the client at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time. No changes will be accepted within the 24-hour timeframe.
Appointment changes can be made through your original booking confirmation email.
Please note:
Appointments may only be rescheduled one time before a new deposit is required.
Same-day appointments cannot be rescheduled.
If you are feeling sick, experiencing COVID symptoms, or have been around anyone with COVID within the last 10–14 days, please contact Redd at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
COVID-related cancellations will be rescheduled using the original deposit. Please note that the new appointment must be booked at least 14 days out from the date of notification.
For all other cancellations or reschedules made before the 24-hour deadline, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment as long as the new appointment is booked within 21 days of the cancellation or reschedule date.
LATE CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & GRACE PERIOD POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for both myself and clients. Clients who are not in the chair within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will have their appointment canceled and will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will:
Forfeit the deposit
Be charged a 25% inconvenience fee of the remaining balance to the card used at booking
Declined transactions will result in being unable to book future appointments until further notice.
Same-Day Appointments:
Same-day appointments cannot be rescheduled. Any cancellation will be considered a late cancellation and policy will apply.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will:
Forfeit their deposit
Be charged 100% of the remaining balance
Declined transactions may result in being unable to book future appointments. No exceptions.
CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS
Children 14 years old and under receiving services must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older for the entire appointment. Services will not begin without an adult present. No exceptions.
Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
If you must bring someone with you, please contact me ahead of time so I can confirm whether accommodations can be made. Any guests brought with you may be asked to wait in the lobby area.
Please do not bring anyone who:
Is not being serviced
Is sick or may be sick
Has been exposed to COVID within the last 10–14 days
