PRICING

*Please note that all prices listed on the site are STARTING PRICES & your total balance is based upon what may be needed at the time of service. Note that more accurate price range will be given when the client comes in for a consultation.

DEPOSIT & REMAINING BALANCE

You will be prompted to pay a deposit at the end of booking online. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-FUNDABLE. This deposit will go towards the service total. All remaining balances are to be pad in CASH ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS! There is not ATM at the location of service so please come prepared.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

Any appointment changes that need to be made, are to be made by the CLIENT & at least 24hrs PRIOR to the appointments date & time. There will be not changes allowed once within that 24 hour timeframe. These changes can be made by opening your initial email confirmation for your appointment. Please note that you may only reschedule an appointment 1 time before a new deposit is required. Please if you are sick with COVID, or have been around anyone with COVID in the last 10-14 days, Contact Redd at leas 24hrs prior to your appointment to reschedule at a time when you are feeling better and/or free of all covid symptoms.

LATE CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, & GRACE PERIOD POLICY

Clients are expected to be on time for appointments. A 10-minute grace period is given for myself & clients who are late. Please understand that clients who are not IN THE CHAIR 10 Minutes from the appointment start time, will result in a cancelled appointment and will also forfeit the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! Clients who are canceling, are to cancel at least 24hrs prior to the appointment date and time of the initial appointment through your confirmation email. Clients who DO NOT cancel at least a 24hrs in advance will forfeit their deposit. An 25% inconvenience fee of the remaining balance will also be charged to the card used for booking. Any decline transactions will prohibit you from booking for 6 months. *Please understand that you cannot reschedule a “same day appointment”. That it is considered a same-day/late-cancellation and the policy will still apply. Clients who are a no-show will forfeit their deposit as well as be charged 100% of the remaining . Declined transactions will prohibit you from further booking. NO EXCEPTIONS! All COVID related cancellations will be rescheduled with the same deposit. Please note and understand you will have to book at least 14 days out, from the date you notify me of your Covid issue. All other appointments that are being cancelled or rescheduled Before the 24hour mark, will be able to apply the deposit from the initial appointment to the new appointment as long as the new appointment is booked within 21 days from the date of canceling/rescheduling.

CHILDREN & EXTRA GUEST

Children 14 & under that are being serviced must be accompanied by an adult for the entire service. The service will not start without an adult present. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO EXTRA GUEST ARE PERMITTED. If there are guest you have to bring with you please be sure to reach out to me so i can assure that i can accommodate properly. If you have extra guest they are welcome to wait in the lobby area. Please do not bring anyone who is not being serviced, sick or may be sick, or who has had COVID in the last 10-14 days.
